SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
For information regarding RETURNS and our REFUND POLICY, refer to your Contract and Terms and Conditions for your respective session or event. In most cases, session fees are non-refundable but there is no fee for rescheduling your session date. In the case of weddings or other events, a non-refundable retainer is required to reserve event coverage. If the event is cancelled, the retainer is considered liquidated damages to A PHOTOGRAPHIC MEMORY. However, if the event is to be postponed or rescheduled, the retainer is still non-refundable but it may be used as a credit to hold the new date for up to 2 years from the original contracted date, provided A PHOTOGRAPHIC MEMORY is available for the new date and is notified at least 30 days prior to the original contracted date.
Product Returns/Replacement
We inspect all products upon receiving them at our studio. If we find them to be defective or damaged upon arrival, a replacement will be ordered for you at no additional cost. If you find any items you receive from us to be damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect order, please email our studio (apm@apmnh.com). So that we may better assist you, please describe the issue to the best of your ability and provide photos illustrating the issue.
Shipping
In some cases, customers will be responsible for shipping fees if they cannot or do not want to pick up the products they have ordered at our studio. Shipping charges will vary depending on the item(s) being shipped.
Shipment processing time
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
